Liang has very powerful crowd control skills in the game, but initiating with just a Flash is not very efficient. Boots of Swiftness allow Liang to quickly close the gap and land his controls.

Passive Skill

Word Magic: Command

  • Passive: If Liang deals damage with two consecutive basic attacks or abilities to the same enemy within 1.5 seconds, these attacks are considered to be in a "Continuous Attack State." Every 1.2 seconds accumulated in this state, the enemy will take an additional 140 (+50% AP) true damage, which increases by 10 per level.

Word Magic: Barrier

  • Liang summons four parallel magical barriers with his word magic. Enemies touching a barrier suffer 400/450/500/550/600/650 (+75% AP) magical damage, are stunned for 0.75 seconds, and then slowed by 50% for 0.5 seconds, breaking the barrier. Enemies touching the same barrier again receive 50% less damage, are not stunned, but are slowed by 50% for 1.25 seconds.

  • Liang summons an erosion array with his word magic, dealing 120/144/168/192/216/240 (+17% AP) magical damage every 0.5 seconds to one enemy within it. Up to two arrays can exist simultaneously (dealing 50% extra damage to minions and jungle monsters). Arrays are stored every 12 seconds (affected by cooldown reduction), with a maximum of 3 charges, each lasting 5.5 seconds. Liang gains 60 movement speed while in the array. Arrays provide vision.

Word Magic: Control

  • Liang uses word magic to seize an enemy hero for 2.2 seconds, dealing 120/150/180 (+15% AP) magical damage every 0.5 seconds and continuously suppressing them. Upon full duration, a magical zone forms under the target, dealing 240/300/360 (+30% AP) magical damage and stunning for 0.75 seconds to enemies entering it.
